Terms and Condictions
It is possible to open a claim form only in the following cases:
- You receive an expedition that is not his
- Goods delivered tampered or damaged*
- The deadline for opening a complaint is 2 calendar days from the day after the delivery.
The complaints should be sent by email to the address email@example.com indicating the order number, the reason for the claim and any photos of the package and damaged goods.
*The shipment is intended tampered when the package presents an alteration due to an human activity and not to transport. The shipment is considered damaged when the package has suffered damage to the packaging or to the contents.
